March 12th is scheduled to have a "Women's Issues" supplement, which will be an 8-page section in our paper that will deal with numerous interesting topics. The theme of our supplement is focusing on women and language (i.e is there is a gender-bias structure towards men inherent in our society? How does language affect the way women operate in the world).
Below are the list of stories that our scheduled to run so far. For these, you guys can create uber creative (as long as it's not considered offensive!) and you can use any medium from photography, art, computer graphics, whatever! Let me know if any of these interest you, or spark any ideas. You may also want to contact the writer so you can get a better idea as to where the article is heading.

There is a Stop Domestic Violence club that is having an evening show in time for International Women's day on Sunday, March 8. The event is on campus at the International House between 7 and 11 pm. The club was started by two young men who had experienced the effects of domestic violence one way or another in their lives.
