IS UBC's New Chancellor the Last Elected One? Sarah Morgan-Silvester is now officially UBC's 17th Chancellor. But due to a recent amendment to the University Act, future Chancellors at UBC will be appointed by the board of governors, rather than elected by the Alumni Association.

Lede: Following the criticism of NDP Health Critic Adrian Dix over the lack of drinking fountains at UBC, the AMS has responded by deciding to kick out bottled water at the SUB, and install more drinking fountains

Would need a shot of a water fountain. But could make it a bit more exciting by using strobes and/or adding hands crushing water bottles above water fountains (ie. make a photo illustration!)
